If you have ordered multiple items, please note that these may be shipped out to you separately to get them to you as fast possible. (Items will usually arrive within a few days of each other).
Expected Delivery Times (International Orders)
- Free Economy Shipping - Orders generally take ~3-4 weeks to arrive.
- Standard Shipping - Orders usually arrive in ~14-21 days.
Return Policy / Refunds
- If for any reason you are not happy with your order you can return it to us within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us first and we will provide you with return instructions (orders@hammersurvival.com)
- Please note: We are based in Las Vegas, NV, USA. Any returned items will need to be shipped back to us at this location.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We process all refunds within 5 business days.
